Well I made it! I've been inducted and I now know how to set the cardio machines to mountainous ranges! I also ran up the staris at work today and didn't need to stop for air!
I've been featured in the Widnes Weekly News- the Mail has yet to get in touch but I guess it won't take them long... mind you for the Emmerdale fans- you do realise I'm married to the Hotten Courier's John McNally!!!
Busy week ahead chasing up more raffle donations so I'll update you all then.

In May 2010 I will be taking part in the China Trek for Help the Aged. It is a 63km trek along the Great Wall of China. I should have completed this trek in October 2009 but the trip was postponed due to emergency eye surgery!
