Race Night...

The family all went out for a pub meal prior to the Race Night and it was awful- little did I know that this was the shape of things to come!
We arrived at the Hall, set everything up and waited.. 3 people came, then another 1 and that's how it went on despite promises from numerous people that they would come! A good learning curve... always sell tickets! And don't hold the night just before payday in January!!!
Anyway, with the 15 there (including my hubby, son and his partner running the show) I decided the show should go on!
Everyone enjoyed it and we managed to raise a further £189. Many thanks again to all those who attended.
